You are entitled to be free from workplace harassment and workplace retaliation discrimination. 

That includes your coworkers. 

Therefore, there are certain activities you can participate in that are protected. You can carry out those activities without fear of retaliation. Federal law protects your right to carry out certain activities.

  • Raising workplace harassment/discrimination concerns to your employer
  • Refusing to participate in harassing/discriminatory behavior
  • Intervening to protect others
